I am in a weekly Bosnian magazine called Slobodna Bosna! The article discusses my short films, peformance art projects and my forthcoming project Allah Earth: The Cycle of Life (Deaf ASL poetry/dance/mime) which I hope to bring to Sarajevo someday in the future. Thanks to my dear friend Amir Telibechirowich, a journalist from Bosnia, who wrote this article to help raise awareness about my works; I appreciate it very much.  I was recently interviewed by an Asian American magazine, As [I] Am. We talked about my filmmaking projects, my childhood growing up being Deaf, South Asian, and Muslim, and my video projects in India and Mexico. Gracias y Saludos. Newtopia Magazine asked me and other artists / writers how the year 2012 had turned out. Personally for me, the year was filled with many wonderful and tragic things. I had a great opportunity working with other artists and musicians, but I've also had some bad moments through-out the year.
