Hi, here is a new interview/article with me for Newtopia Magazine, a Los Angeles zine. Thanks to Tamra Spivey of Lucid Nation for this.
I'm featured here in the Spring 2012 issue of Visual Artbeat magazine (based out of Salzburg, Austria) and I'm also interviewed in the Spring 2012 issue of Harbinger Asylum, a DIY zine based in Houston, Texas. Peace! Hello, I have been featured in the latest issue of Kiss-Fist (Issue #10). My beautiful photo and spread can be found on page 34-35. Checkkk it out :)
Fempire Fandom is a website devoted to the Fempire, a group of female screenwriters, including Diablo Cody. They asked for an interview. We talked about my dream of making my next film in Africa and being a deaf filmmaker, and who are some of my favourite filmmakers and screenwriters.
P.S here's some BONUS TRIVIA A blogger from Brussels, Jean-Marc, was awesome enough to write about me on his blog. Thank you for the shout-out!
Thanks to David Ensminger for interviewing me for Popmatters! Here, we talk about Deafness, Islamophobia, racism, feminism, and of course, PUNK ROCK. READ THE INTERVIEW HERE.
Today I was quoted in Philibuster on the “Gay Girl in Damascus” blogger hoax controversy. The article is in German only. Big shout-out and thanks to Nadia Shehadeh.
Thank you, Arte TV, for featuring me and popular British artist Sarah Maple for the popular programme "Tracks" in French and German! Arte TV wanted to film me and interview me, but it was not possible due to schedule conflicts & locations (Arte TV is located in France and Germany and me over here in United States of America), so instead Sarah Maple discussed one of my videos and gave me a nice shout-out mention.
Both versions (in French and German) will air in Europe soon (I dont know the dates, because I can't understand French or German), but the programme is also available online. Tracks: Sarah Maple & Sabina England (in French) Tracks: Sarah Maple & Sabina England (in German) the video |
